This is because the allegations are based on the fact that other altcoins are allegedly unregistered securities. However, neither bitcoin nor Efirium fall under this category.

A cryptocurrency expert under the nickname Crypto Tony expects a final drop in BTC to $24,500 before it starts to rise in value in July/August. Thus, the bitcoin price forecast remains bullish for late summer 2023.
