Increased institutional participation helps reduce volatility and risk, which helps anchor Bitcoin in the traditional financial ecosystem. Options on other ETFs including Grayscale BTC Trust (GBTC) and Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) are expected to be listed soon, further strengthening cryptocurrencies’ position in the markets.

Experts noted that political developments in the U.S. could play a role in supporting digital assets. New appointments in Donald Trump’s administration have attracted attention due to the inclusion of cryptocurrency enthusiasts. Elon Musk has been appointed to head the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), while Pete Hegseth, a well-known advocate of decentralized finance, has been nominated as a candidate for Secretary of Defense.

The

“Republican control of the Senate ensures a high chance that these nominees will be successfully confirmed. The new administration plans to confirm their cabinet before Thanksgiving, symbolizing the accelerating integration of digital assets into public policy,” the researchers assured. The current developments indicate that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are already starting to take a key role not only in the investment agenda but also in the political agenda.
